Although we had to complain about the first room we were given, the replacement room lived up to our expectations. Liked the location overlooking the elaborate station...strangely.
I selected a Prestige room, after seeing the photo's on your site. We were given a room that looked like the standard room. When we questioned it, the attitude towards us could have been better. We were tired and didn't need the hassle. We were initially told the hotel was full, treated with disbelief and amazement, and then given another room.

Nice, clean hotel, well situated for the town centre. Helpful receptionist, spotless room, good secure parking, very good value for the price.
If you wanted to be really picky then tea/coffee in the room would have been good but nothing really to complain about.

Very helpful staff, comfortable room - interesting view.
Should be easier to find - the map in the red Michelin has it in the middle of no-where, and map directions were good until one passed the Av de Soto and did not see the hotel.

We liked everything about the modern newly styled hotel. A 10 rating hotel with good value for money rates. Excellent helpful staff, room with nice furniture (not big but not small), king size bed, well set out bathroom, separate toilet, modern style restaurant and, again, excellent private underground parking with security coded electric up and over door that is always closed after cars come and go. Sensible approach to economical lighting systems. Lights full on when you want them, including the bathroom, rather than half half as in some hotels these days.
We travel around France and Worldwide and, just for once, can't really find any faults for the standard rating of the hotel.

It was very close to the train station - we arrived late at night and left early the next morning, so it was a perfect place to stay.
It was a bit noisy in the morning - the sound of the sncf jingle from the train station is rather penetrating.

The double room here was air-conditioned and the staff were welcoming and very helpful at this hotel located relatively close to a botanical garden.

The convenience of the hotel for our visit to Limoges would take us back there as our next visit will probably be by train, plus friendly staff and an excellent restaurant attached.
Temperature control in the rooms could be improved because opening the window can be a noisy alternative

The staff were really welcoming when we checked in and very friendly. The room was lovely and spotless and really well furnished. The location was really good and we didn't hear any trains which we thought we would as it is close to a train station. Would stay again in the family room - lots of space.
The only thing that spolit it a bit for us was that the resturant menu was all in French and didn't have any English listings so we didn't know the food choice and the staff didn't speak English so that didn't help.
